Return Policy

Gossiusa.com offers a total satisfaction return policy on all Gossi skin care products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 20 days from the ship date for a refund or an exchange.

Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling are NOT refundable): 20 days from the ship date.

All returns Policy require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

All returns must include the following:
  • Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic, etc.)
  • Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
  • Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package.
  • You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at Returns@gossiusa.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
  • Do not dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
  • The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box and clearly identified.
  • The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging.
  • Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return.
  • Refunds for items returned within twenty days of the ship date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.

Freight Charges:
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. All refunds will not include any shipping and handling charges paid by you or shown on your invoice.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the items back to the manufacturers. If customer paid for original shipping costs the shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages are not accepted. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds. Damaged or missing items noticed upon delivery should be reported within five days and will be replaced at our expense. Returned products must be in original condition. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

To cancel your order:
Include your order number, name, billing address, and items ordered. We'll acknowledge your ticket upon receipt and let you know as soon as possible if we were successful in canceling an order that has not yet entered our shipping department or is on backorder. Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled although we will make every attempt to do so at your request.
